What's with those ":"s in my replies?
Those are for quoting the message you're replying to. If a line starts with a : it is implied that the line is quoting the author of the post you're replying to.
Whose name do I type in the box titled Name?
Type
your name, facility name or email address. This way the person or person's looking at the
message board will see who the message is from.
What goes in the email box?
Type in UPC
What goes in the subject box?
Type in a short description of what the message/comment is about.
What is the Submit Query button?
This is where you click to send your message/comment to the website.
Can I view any message/comment?
Yes, it is for all to see.
Do I have to reply to any
message/comment?
